Operational Changes due to COVID-19

As of April 24, 2020

We are working on various plans to create the best experience possible this season under this unprecedented circumstance.

The wellness of Adventure Bound’s guests and staff is always our top priority. We are closely monitoring the situation.

We have always followed protocols for disinfection and disease prevention. Given the current situation, and guidance from the CDC, we have intensified our efforts around the best practices for virus prevention.

Our offices will remain open. We ask that you call when possible to discuss any questions or concerns rather than visiting in person. If you must visit the office in person, we ask that you call ahead so that we may help limit the number of people in the office at one time.

Payments can be made by credit card over the phone or checks mailed or dropped at the office.

We have clear and frequent communication with our team to be aware of our policy updates, and to follow CDC, state and local instructions.

If the openings are delayed, our plan is to extend the closing dates at the end of the season.

We will be soon implementing a check in process that will eliminate the need for person to person interaction.

Guests:

You are the primary person responsible for you and your family's health in this time of COVID-19. We cannot guarantee anyone's safety from any virus during your stay at the campground.

  • Practice social distancing; while walking, biking and in general out in the park you must keep a 6' distance between your family and others.

  • Do not congregate in groups.

  • Listen to your body. If you’re not feeling well, please stay home and seek medical attention, if needed.

  • Take normal, healthy precautions that you would during flu season. The CDC recommends frequent hand washing, the use of hand sanitizers and social distancing.

  • Safety is our number one priority. These steps, along with guests’ personal precautions, will help Adventure Bound play our part in keeping our community safe and healthy.
